SERVICING SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND 

Benchmark Dental Lab is a removable dental lab that has been servicing private practices and community health centers since 1997. Dentists can download our prescription form as well as our timetable form. Pads of prescription forms, delivery bags and other supplies or information may be requested by using the contact us link. Our website is intended to guide dentists to our services. State law prohibits patients accessing our services directly without a prescription from a licensed dentist.  Patients in need of a dentist should look under our resource tab to locate a dentist.
